The final production set-up phase for the OEM rubber-mat-wrapped latch covers is complete. Now that I’ve got my jigs dialed in, it’s on to production and shipping orders the rest of this week and next. For those waiting for these new versions, thank you for your patience. I’m hoping they’ll exceed your expectations.
Just like the powder-coated covers, the number of upgrade orders for the wrapped versions surprised me... Well, not fully surprised. These stock-material-wrapped versions are what quite a few people have wanted. They are perfect for Element owners with kids and furballs, they blend in nicely with their stealthy look and have a soft backing like the rest of the rubber floor. I’m designing them to last for quite a while. I’d love to get pics from you all and feedback once these land in your Elements.
