AWD, automatic, 119k miles. Clean title.

We have one final trip planned in our Ecamper and it will be available for delivery on 7/12/2023. Citrus Fire Metallic EX with navigation, AWD, automatic transmission with Ecamper conversion. This is a gen-1 conversion with every option other than the Gobi ladder. It has USB chargers above and below, extra 12v charger, 30-watt solar panel that plugs in to Element, door release handle on rear hatch for easy access from the back of the Element with pull down and extra LED lights. 18-inch CR-V touring wheels. Currently running a bit larger-than-stock tires with no issues other than the shown MPH is slightly low. Clean title, but does have a small pay-off at a local credit union down the road that will have the title on hand for cash and wire transfers. I have tried to take very good photos of the vehicle overall.

Overall condition is very good. All services done at a Honda dealerships since 2018; either Dick Hannah Honda, Kendall Honda or Gresham Honda. I will include a CarFax. Recent services include; valve adjustment, regular service, Aerogenics adjustable rear camber kit (I recommend this for all Honda Elements!), battery '21, rear brakes '21 anything that has been recommended has been completed.

There are a couple of small cosmetic issues that are yet to be addressed. The front bumper under the driver's-side headlight has a bit of faded paint that went thin when I tried to polish it. There is also a scratch on the driver's-side front fender. I have already ordered color-matched aerosol paint and will include it with the sale or address the issues to the best of my ability, buyer can choose.
