We want to help you get back in your E and on the road ASAP if you've been a victim of cat theft. Out customers have had great experiences with Aerogenics Catalytic Converter Covers and we like the ease of installation, built-in adjustability, and lightweight aspects of their guards, not to mention the peace of mind that comes with knowing you've got a good deterrent from catalytic converter theft.
If you’re looking to be proactive and protect your Element’s catalytic converter, we can help.
Has cutout for rear exhaust flange to help minimize any noise from exhaust surfaces contacting the guard. And for added protection, they’ve added the center plate as an option.
Local pick up or delivery (Portland area). We do ship for those interested, but it is an extra charge. Aerogenics currently offers free shipping within the U.S. if you’d like to save on that aspect.
Aerogenics Cat Cover Details
Manufactured by Aerogenics in-house, in California, U.S.A.
A unique design that is modular and compatible with the Aerogenics lift kit. The cover will not catch or snag on rocks when off-roading. Its low profile design does not reduce valuable ground clearance on the Element (see product pictures). CNC machined from USA aerospace-grade aluminum which will not rust over the lifetime of your Element. Lightweight and strong enough to withstand typical saws, you'll save gas carrying less unnecessary weight around.
Stainless steel hardware is included along with installation instructions. Installation is a breeze due to the multi-piece design. Can be assembled prior to installation or attached one piece at a time on your Element.
Choose Standard or the optional randomized security bolt set for added protection.

Things To Consider
· Worn engine/transmission mounts may allow for excessive movement which can rub/contact against the cover. This will not damage the cover or the catalytic converter.
· Side steps may use some of the same holes as the cat cover. Therefore, we predrilled additional holes on the cover. This allows the customer to use a tap or rivet-nut on non-threaded holes (underside of the Element) and use that as an additional mounting point.
· This cover will only deter theft. With enough time, any cat cover can be defeated.
· 2WD models will not have a threaded hole on the driver's side since it lacks a driveshaft. The cover is strong enough to be held in place without that hole being used. However, a rivet-nut can be installed in that location.
* We do not offer install as a service at our Vancouver, WA, facility. If you'd like installation, we recommend Gresham Honda/Nick Stice. They charge a very affordable fee for the quality service.

Shipping & Returns
ElementDriven offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on specific products, which is listed on the detail page for each product covered. Not all items will have this guarantee.
If you are not totally satisfied with the Honda Element Rear-Seat Floor-Latch Covers that you purchased, return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will refund what you paid to purchase it. This excludes original purchase shipping cost. We will refund you the full product amount you paid (minus shipping cost to you).
We want you to be satisfied with ElementDriven products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in undamaged condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (original order number).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be happy with your ElementDriven product.
ElementDriven will replace the Honda Element Rear-Seat Floor-Latch Cover we shipped you if it has a manufacturing defect that is reported to us within 180 days of your receiving it. If you see a manufacturing defect in the Honda Element Rear-Seat Floor-Latch Cover that you purchased, complete the information belbow so that we can determine whether you are eligible for replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
